AGREEMENT TO USE: Buyers and Sellers (Licensees) agree to use the Robotdeals Classified website for the purposes of buying, selling, trading and for no other purposes.</P> <P>2. HOLD HARMLESS: All Licensees, whether buyer or seller, agree to hold Robotdeals Classifieds (Licensor), Robotdeals (Host), and their assigns, associates, and vendors harmless and otherwise not liable for any problems that may arise from use of this service at any time.</P> <P>3. CONTACT POINT ONLY: All parties agree that any agreements reached through the use of RobotDeals Classifieds are agreements between Licensees (buyers and sellers), and that Robotdeals Classifieds simply provides the vehicle for making contact between buyers and sellers.</P> <P>4. LICENSOR UNINVOLVED: Since any agreements reached between buyers and sellers (Licensees) do not affect RobotDeals Classifieds (Licensor) in any way, Robotdeals Classifieds is not responsible for completing any agreement between any Licensee parties, or assisting in the completion of the agreement.</P> <P>5. LICENSEE INVOLVMENT: Buyers and sellers (Licensees) are responsible for handling all details and arrangements pertaining to the sale of any accessory. That includes - but is not limited to – completeness or accuracy of descriptions, selling prices , payment arrangements, all taxes, customs duties, insurance costs, handling costs and charges, surcharges of any kind, shipment methods, and dates of shipment or receipt.</P> <P>6. DISAGREEMENT RESPONSE: In the event of disagreement between buyers and sellers (Licensees), the sole Robotdeals Classifieds (Licensor) responsibility will be to assist the various Licensees by providing all information it has at its ready disposal pertaining to this particular transaction.</P> <P>7. LICENSOR HANDLE NO FUNDS: Robotdeals Classifieds (Licensor) specifically stipulates that it will handle NO Funds on behalf of buyers or sellers (Licensees) in any purchase transaction.</P> <P>8. URGING TO LICENSEES: While Robotdeals Classifieds (Licensor) is completely uninvolved in any agreements and transactions between buyers and sellers (Licensees), the Licensor urges BOTH buyers and the sellers to take all reasonable and prudent steps to ensure a smooth transaction – such as the use of PayPal ™ or other mutually acceptable payment methods, insurance of shipped articles, and continual honest and open communication between all parties. Moreover, we offer the standard CAVEAT EMPTOR. (Let the Buyer Beware) admonition. </P> <P>9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement (License) constitutes the entire agreement between Robotdeals Classifieds (Licensor) and you, the end-user (Licensee).</P>
